Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. After giving up her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel was competing in fitness shows aged 16. Then she received her Pro Card only one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness competitions after quitting the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. In just one year she obtained her professional license aged 17. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took a six-year break from performing after earning her professional card in order to further her education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after her first show for a few years, aiming for bigger and better goals each year. At the end 2009 she was the winner of four additional fitness titles. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was on a break for a while following her professional card's issuance so that she could earn her degree from college. Then she returned in October of 2015, with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd during the event. In summer 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. Three months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage, and was awarded the position of 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to have placed 6th in the Fitness Division despite having zero expectations. It's no surprise that she placed so well, given the level of competition. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel's top body part to exercise is the back. Her usual back workout is made up of bent-over rows, single arm lat pull-downs using a machine, pull-ups and sitting rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the working sets. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Her routine for back exercises consists of three or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
